Creating a
CmtyHelp Account

Download and access the Cmtyhelp App on your smartphone to conveniently apply for the scholarship directly from your mobile device.

  • Download the Cmtyhelp App:
    • Download the Cmtyhelp App from the Apple store or Google Play store.
  • Go to the Sign-Up Page
    • Access the CmtyHelp App and navigate to the ‘Sign In’ page. Choose ‘Sign Up’ if you’re a new user.
  • Upload Your Profile Picture:
    • Upload your profile picture by tapping on the designated area. Select from camera or gallery.
  • Fill in Personal Details:
    • Enter your first and last name, date of birth, email address, confirm email address, and mobile number.
  • Create a Password:
    • Set a secure password for your account. Confirm this password.
  • Read and Accept Terms and Condition and Privacy Policy:
    • Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy
  • Submit Your Information:
    • Tap “Continue” or “Submit” to proceed.
  • Welcome to the Cmtyhelp App:
    •   After creating your Cmtyhelp account, you’ll land on the Cmtyhelp Landing Page. Join communities to offer and receive help. Additionally, apply for the scholarship directly from this page.

Applying for
CmtyHelp Scholarship

  • Get Started:
    • Fill out the Applicant Details Form with your personal information, school details, and current school year.
  • Service Hours:
    • Applicants are required to complete a minimum of 100 service hours. Please provide the total rounded hours completed.
  • Proof of Service:
    • Submit proof of completed service hours as a pdf or word document.You can upload a maximum of three proofs. Easily upload the Cmtyhelp Digital Service Log as proof of completing the required service hours. No need to worry—any official Service Log is accepted as valid documentation. Additionally, a letter of service hour completion from authorized figures such as the Principal, Teacher, Volunteer Coordinator, Community Engagement Coordinator, Scout Leader, and more is recognized.
  • Referral Letter:
    • Upload the referral letter from an authorized official such as the Principal, Teacher, Volunteer Coordinator, Community Engagement Coordinator, Scout Leader, and more to a cloud platform like iCloud or Drive. Set the document to public access and share the link. Ensure the link begins with “https://”.
  • Essay & Video Submission:
    • You can upload an essay and / or a 1-minute video, or both, outlining your qualifications for the scholarship. Highlight relevant achievements, academic excellence, leadership experiences, and community involvement.
  • Essay Submission:
    • The essay must stay within a 500-word limit. Highlight relevant achievements, academic excellence, leadership experiences, and community involvement. Upload the essay (Word or PDF format) to a cloud platform like iCloud or Drive. Set the document to public access and share the link. Ensure the link begins with “https://”.
  • Video Submission:
    • Ensure your video is within the one-minute range. Highlight relevant achievements, academic excellence, leadership experiences, and community involvement. Upload the video to YouTube, set it to public access, and share the link. Ensure the link begins with “https://”.
  • Review & Confirm:
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness by double-checking your entries and uploaded documents
  • Submission Deadline
    • The submission deadline for CmtyHelp Scholarship 2024 is June 15th 2024.
  • Announcing the Winner:
    • Stay tuned for the announcement of the winner and visit the CmtyHelp website for the latest updates.
